
The objective of Zim Hope is to create a hub for the Zimbabwean community in the United Kingdom, providing advocacy, liaison, networking, representation, advice, and signposting services.

To establish a recognised hub (physical and/or digital) for the Zimbabwean community in the UK and globally.
To strengthen community cohesion by facilitating forums, workshops, and cultural events at least four times per year.
To increase participation in community activities annually

To represent the interests of Zimbabweans in relevant UK and international forums.
To publish at least two policy or advocacy statements annually on issues affecting the diaspora.
To conduct annual community surveys to identify key needs and measure impact.

To establish a biennial diaspora platform or conference to strengthen global connections.
To support at least five charitable, investment, or knowledge-exchange projects between the diaspora and Zimbabwe over a three-year period.
To form partnerships with at least three international Zimbabwean organisations.

To establish an advice and referral service (both online and in person) to assist Zimbabweans in accessing housing, healthcare, legal rights, and employment.
To respond to at least 80% of community requests within 5 working days.
To provide signposting support to at least 200 individuals annually.
